The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.
Abstract: An artificial intelligence based employee skill gap identification and personalized training recommendation system is disclosed. A skill ontology defines granular skills, observable proficiency levels, and prerequisite, componency, and transferability relations. An inference subsystem employs natural language and code understanding models to infer each employee's possessed profile from work artifacts, task records, assessments, and endorsements weighted by evidential strength, with contribution attribution and skill-specific decay for non-practice, replacing stale self-declaration. A requirement subsystem reconciles curated role definitions, mined task profiles, and the profiles of high performers, and forecasts future requirements from internal and labor market signals, yielding emergence and obsolescence indications. Gaps are computed and prioritized by proficiency deficit, criticality, urgency, and confidence, low-confidence gaps prompting assessment rather than training. Recommendations are matched to gaps rather than engagement, sequenced by prerequisites, fitted to time and accessibility constraints, and include stretch assignments and mentor pairings. Acquisition is verified by assessment and observed application, refining resource efficacy models, under transparency, privacy, and fairness governance.
