Abstract: Healthcare accessibility in rural communities remains a major challenge due to the shortage of qualified medical professionals, limited diagnostic infrastructure, language barriers, and poor medical record management. This paper presents an AI-Based Healthcare System for Rural Communities that integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), medical image analysis, and cloud-based healthcare services to provide intelligent healthcare support for underserved populations. The proposed system enables patients to describe symptoms through voice or text in local languages and upload medical reports such as X-rays and blood test reports for preliminary diagnosis support. The system performs AI-driven medical analysis, generates simplified health summaries, identifies urgent health risks, and recommends suitable nearby doctors based on the patient’s condition and geographical location. In addition, the platform maintains digital treatment history, prescriptions, and healthcare reports to ensure continuity of care. The proposed system improves healthcare accessibility, enhances early disease detection, reduces diagnostic delays, and supports efficient digital healthcare management in rural regions.
