Abstract: A home planning system converts the requirements of a household into validated floor-plan concepts. The system receives a planning mode, plot dimensions, budget, household size, required rooms, room priorities, adjacency and separation preferences, lifestyle needs, custom instructions, and furniture and appliance dimensions. A backend service obtains from an artificial intelligence service a structured planning brief, which a separate spatial planning module converts into candidate room arrangements. A spatial validation module tests each arrangement for plot boundary, overlap, required spaces, adjacency, privacy, bathroom access and furniture fit. Arrangements that pass are presented as distinct alternatives, for example open and spacious, privacy-focused and space-efficient, with labels, dimensions and explanations for comparison and selection. The selected concept can be modified subject to feasibility checks, and may be extended with directional preferences, multi- floor distribution and a three-dimensional-style view. FIG.1
