Abstract: The present invention provides an AI-based hyper-personalized marketing system and method for real-time customer engagement using behavioral information obtained from multiple heterogeneous sources. The system acquires and normalizes customer interactions from digital platforms, transaction systems, communication channels, applications, customer relationship systems, and marketing platforms and associates the interactions with corresponding customer identities. An artificial intelligence engine generates a continuously updated behavioral representation and determines customer preferences, intent, engagement propensity, and evolving behavioral patterns. A predictive engagement engine evaluates candidate marketing interventions and a real-time decision engine selects personalized content, offers, channels, timing, and communication frequency. A feedback mechanism captures customer responses and updates the behavioral representation and predictive models for subsequent decisions. The invention thereby enables continuously adaptive, individualized marketing engagement while reducing irrelevant communication, repetitive messaging, and reliance on static customer segmentation.
