The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an artificial intelligence-based learning planner system and method for the automatic generation of personalized, adaptive learning schedules from unstructured educational syllabi. The system comprises a syllabus input module for receiving educational content and user availability parameters, a generative AI processing engine that interfaces with a large language model application programming interface to parse the syllabus and extract a topologically sorted collection of learning topics annotated with estimated study durations and prerequisite dependencies, a schedule generation module that distributes the extracted topics across user-specified available study days subject to configurable daily study time constraints, and an adaptive rescheduling engine that automatically detects missed study sessions and redistributes unaddressed learning content across remaining available days without manual intervention. A Streamlit-based graphical user interface provides an intuitive, sequential workflow enabling learners to input syllabi, specify availability, review generated plans, and manage ongoing progress. The system is implemented in Python, leverages the Gemini generative AI API for natural language processing, and is architected for extensibility to support future enhancements including progress analytics, third-party learning platform integration, institutional multi-user deployment, and cloud- based scalable operation. The invention addresses persistent limitations of static manual study planning by providing an intelligent, responsive, and universally accessible learning management solution suitable for students, working professionals, and corporate training environments.
