Abstract: The present invention relates to mobile accessibility systems for visually impaired users, and more particularly to a voice-first assistive system implemented on a mobile device. An activation module detects a predefined triple-press sequence at a power button and triggers a background accessibility service controller to launch or wake an assistive session. Spoken input captured through a microphone by a voice listening module is processed by a speech recognition module and a command interpretation module to identify scene assistance, emergency, communication, or utility intents. For scene interpretation, an assistive session manager actuates a camera, an artificial intelligence vision module, and a scene description generation module to generate spoken environmental descriptions through an audio output module and a speaker. For emergency assistance, an emergency response module obtains location information from a location module and transmits distress communications through a communication interface.
