Abstract: The present invention relates to an AI-based motion planning apparatus for robotic arm control. The apparatus comprises a sensor interface, a robotic state estimation module, an artificial intelligence motion planning engine, a constraint evaluation module, a trajectory generation module, an actuator control interface and a memory unit. The sensor interface receives workspace and robotic arm data from sensors, and the robotic state estimation module determines the real-time state of the robotic arm. The artificial intelligence motion planning engine generates candidate motion plans for moving the robotic arm from an initial state to a target state. The constraint evaluation module validates the candidate motion plans against safety, collision, payload and mechanical constraints. The trajectory generation module converts a selected motion plan into executable actuator commands. The apparatus further performs dynamic re-planning based on sensor feedback, thereby improving robotic motion accuracy, collision avoidance, movement smoothness, payload stability and adaptive robotic arm operation in dynamic workspaces.
