Abstract: The invention relates to an AI-based multimodal framework for predicting the hereditary disease risk at an early stage by integrating family medical history, visual biomarkers, and lifestyle information. Hereditary medical records are obtained; visual biomarkers are extracted using computer vision techniques from images of face, eyes, skin, and nails; and lifestyle information is analyzed to produce personalized hereditary disease risk predictions with the use of an AI-based multimodal fusion model. Also included in this system is Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI), which helps determine and show the factors that contribute to the prediction of disease risk in order to allow clear decision-making. Furthermore, a risk simulation module evaluates the impact of lifestyle changes on hereditary disease risk and therefore allows for the evaluation of the effectiveness of preventive health care interventions. Using AI technology, computer vision, family health background, and lifestyle factors in an integrated way, the present invention proposes an intelligent and explainable method for the early prediction of hereditary diseases. The proposed framework supports timely risk identification, personalized health management, preventive healthcare, and informed clinical decision-making.
