Abstract: The present innovation relates to an advanced intelligent manufacturing system integrating digital twin technology, industrial sensing, artificial intelligence (AI)-based predictive analysis, and adaptive process optimization. The proposed system creates a real-time virtual representation of manufacturing equipment and continuously monitors operational conditions through distributed sensors. The collected data is analyzed using AI algorithms to identify abnormal trends, predict possible failures, and optimize manufacturing parameters before defects or production losses occur. The system establishes a closed-loop manufacturing environment in which sensing, prediction, decision-making, and automatic process adjustment work together to improve product quality, machine reliability, productivity, and resource utilization.
