Traditional recruitment processes involve manually reviewing a large number of resumes, which requires considerable time and effort and may lead to inconsistent candidate evaluations. The proposed system addresses these challenges by integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to improve the efficiency of resume screening and candidate-job matching.
