Abstract: AI-Based Route-Aware Multi-Zone Solar-Assisted Intelligent Food Delivery Container with Predictive Thermal Management This invention describes an AI-based route-aware multi-zone solar-assisted intelligent food delivery container configured to preserve food quality through predictive thermal management. The system comprises a thermally insulated container having multiple independently controllable food compartments, a GPS-based route monitoring module, an ETA prediction engine, environmental sensing modules, a programmable controller, heating and cooling elements, a rechargeable battery system, and a solar energy harvesting unit. The controller continuously analyzes route information, delivery duration, ambient conditions, battery availability, and compartment-specific temperature requirements to dynamically regulate thermal output for each compartment. Solar energy supplements battery charging to reduce external charging requirements while maintaining thermal stability throughout transportation. Independent temperature regulation enables simultaneous transportation of different food categories requiring distinct storage conditions. The invention improves food freshness, minimizes unnecessary energy consumption, extends battery operating duration, enhances delivery reliability, and provides an intelligent thermal management platform suitable for food delivery fleets, cloud kitchens, railway catering, and temperature-sensitive logistics operations.
