Abstract: The present invention discloses an Artificial Intelligence based system and method for predictive monitoring, anomaly detection, and autonomous self-healing in Internet of Things (IoT) environments using Digital Twin technology and multi-sensor redundancy. The system simulates and processes real-time sensor data including temperature and humidity from multiple redundant sensors, enabling continuous monitoring and intelligent fault detection. The system employs statistical and machine learning-based anomaly detection techniques to identify faults such as spike, drift, and abnormal sensor readings. A Digital Twin module is incorporated, which utilises regression-based modeling to generate an ideal virtual representation of sensor behavior, enabling comparison between real-time data and predicted values to detect deviations accurately. An intelligent decision engine evaluates multiple sensor inputs along with Digital Twin predictions to assign trust scores and determine the most reliable data source. In the event of sensor failure or deviation, the system automatically performs self-healing by switching to a redundant sensor or replacing faulty data with predicted values, ensuring uninterrupted and accurate data flow without human intervention. The system further integrates a
