Abstract: The present invention discloses an AI-based, real-time blood donation and emergency matching system designed to efficiently connect hospitals with suitable donors during critical situations. The system processes emergency requests through a structured pipeline: a Donor Profiling Module stores and manages donor information including blood group, location, last donation date, and availability status; a Filtering Module performs blood group compatibility checks and eligibility verification based on medical criteria; a Location Analysis Module identifies nearby donors using geographical data; a Machine Learning-Based Ranking Module computes a donor reliability score using parameters such as donation history, response rate, distance, and availability; and a Notification Module generates and transmits automated SOS alerts to prioritized donors while tracking responses in real time. The system is implemented using a web-based architecture integrating Node.js, Flask-based AI services, and a MongoDB database. It operates without manual intervention, requires only standard computing infrastructure, and enables scalable deployment for efficient emergency response.
