Abstract: AI-BASED SMART IRRIGATION AND NUTRIENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITH DYNAMIC CROP STAGE ADAPTATION AND SELF-HEALING SENSOR VERIFICATION An AI-based smart irrigation and nutrient management system and method are disclosed for adaptive irrigation and fertilization control using dynamic crop stage adaptation and self-healing sensor verification. The system comprises an environment and soil monitoring module (200) including a sensor array (201), a field memory module (202), and a weather API module (203), an irrigation terminal (204), and a cloud processing platform (205) comprising a data storage module (206), a growth stage engine (207), a dynamic threshold module (208), a nutrient ratio module (209), a bidirectional AI model (210), a sensor fault detection module (211), an uncertainty module (212), an energy management module (213), AI self-retraining module (214), and a decision output module (215). The method includes collecting field data (100), performing sensor fault verification (101), determining crop growth stage (103), generating irrigation thresholds (104) and stage-specific nutrient ratios (105), executing irrigation (114), performing post-irrigation verification (115), and AI self-retraining (116). The decision output module (215) controls an irrigation control system (216) comprising a flow meter (217) and a fertilizer dosing unit (218) to perform water delivery (220) and nutrient delivery (221). The disclosed invention improves irrigation accuracy, water and fertilizer utilization, sensor reliability, energy efficiency, and long-term agricultural sustainability.
