Abstract: An AI-based system for customer behavior analysis and retail decision management is disclosed. The system comprises a customer data acquisition module configured to collect customer interaction data from retail stores, e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, point-of-sale systems, and connected retail devices. A preprocessing engine normalizes and structures the collected data for analysis by a behavioral intelligence engine utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning models to identify purchasing intent, customer preferences, engagement trends, and shopping behavior patterns. A predictive retail management engine generates operational recommendations including inventory optimization, dynamic pricing, personalized promotions, workforce allocation, and product placement strategies. A decision execution module communicates the generated recommendations to connected retail management systems for automated or semi-automated implementation. The system further incorporates a continuous adaptive learning framework configured to retrain predictive models using real-time customer response data and retail performance metrics to improve predictive accuracy and operational efficiency across omnichannel retail environments.
