Abstract: The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence–based system for three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction of cardiac anatomy from two-dimensional (2D) angiogram image slices. The system comprises an input module for receiving 2D angiogram images, a preprocessing module for image enhancement and alignment, an artificial intelligence–based reconstruction engine configured to infer missing volumetric information, a 3D reconstruction module for generating an anatomically accurate cardiac model, a visualization interface for interactive analysis, and an export module for generating reports and three-dimensional output files. Using trained deep learning models, the system reconstructs a realistic 3D representation of cardiac structures from a limited number of conventional angiographic images without requiring advanced imaging hardware such as computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging. The invention enables real-time visualization, improved diagnostic interpretation, and support for clinical decision-making and surgical planning. The system is cost-effective, software-based, and suitable for deployment in resource-limited healthcare environments.
