Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an Artificial Intelligence-based typing fatigue detection system using keystroke dynamics for real-time monitoring and analysis of user fatigue conditions during prolonged typing activities. The system comprises a data acquisition module configured to capture typing parameters including typing speed, inter-key delay, typing rhythm, pause duration, typing consistency, reaction latency, typing error frequency. A pre-processing module performs normalization, anomaly elimination, and generation of user-specific baseline profiles. A feature extraction module derives fatigue-related behavioral indicators which are analyzed through a fatigue analysis engine employing machine learning algorithms for computing fatigue scores and classifying fatigue levels. The system performs continuous real-time fatigue assessment through sliding window processing and compares fatigue scores with predefined threshold values. Upon detection of elevated fatigue conditions, a user feedback interface generates software notifications while an Arduino microcontroller activates an LED alert module and a buzzer alert module for synchronized visual and auditory fatigue alerts.
