Abstract: The present invention introduces an intelligent system for detecting waste and recommending appropriate cleanup actions using artificial intelligence. The system uses a deep learning model, YOLOv5, to identify waste-related objects from images or video inputs. These detected objects are further analyzed to determine their impact based on factors such as quantity, size, and type. To make the system more practical, a severity analysis is performed to understand how serious the waste accumulation is. Based on this, a decision-making module suggests suitable actions such as normal monitoring, scheduled cleanup, or urgent attention. The system also considers location information, which can be provided by the user or predefined, to prioritize areas like hospitals or public spaces where faster response is required. Finally, the system generates a clear output that includes the detected waste, its severity level, location, priority, and recommended action. By combining detection, analysis, and decision-making in a single workflow, this system provides a smarter and more efficient approach to waste monitoring and management.
