Abstract: ABSTRACT “AI-DRIVEN ADAPTIVE VIRTUAL SOCIAL INTERACTION SYSTEM FOR SOCIAL ANXIETY MANAGEMENT” The present invention relates to a system and method for managing social anxiety disorder using adaptive virtual social interaction environments. The system comprises a virtual social interaction engine configured to simulate realistic social scenarios, a user state sensing module configured to capture behavioral and physiological indicators of anxiety, and a machine learning-based anxiety detection model for determining real-time emotional states. A scenario modulation engine dynamically adjusts interaction parameters, including dialogue complexity and social context, based on the detected emotional state to provide personalized exposure therapy. The system further includes a real-time coaching module for delivering guidance during interactions and a progress tracking module for monitoring user performance over time. The invention enables scalable, personalized, and real- time adaptive therapy without requiring in-person supervision, thereby improving accessibility, engagement, and therapeutic outcomes.
