Abstract: The present invention relates to the development of an AI-powered cybersecurity threat detection and automation of incident response systems capable of eliminating drawbacks of the legacy security architecture. The proposed solution is based on a data ingest module responsible for gathering multi-vector telemetry from different enterprise sources and preparing the data for processing. Then, an AI detection engine operates with the gathered data through unsupervised machine learning in the case of zero-day anomaly detection, through supervised learning in case of already known threats classification and through the use of graph neural networks to detect lateral movement. A threat intelligence correlator provides additional information about the anomaly using global data to reduce the number of false positives. Particularly, an automated orchestration module uses reinforcement learning to implement containment actions in a dynamic way. FIG.1
