MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611110799 A) filed by Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University on September 15, 2026, for Ai Driven Multi-Agent System For Autonomous Project Management And Resource Allocation.
Inventor includes Mr. Madhavan Babu.
The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: The present invention provides an AI-driven multi-agent system for autonomous project management and resource allocation. The system employs specialized artificial intelligence agents for project planning, task management, scheduling, resource allocation, risk assessment, monitoring, and coordination. A project-state representation continuously integrates task dependencies, deadlines, resource availability, workload, project priorities, execution status, and operational constraints. An inter-agent coordination mechanism evaluates competing requirements and dynamically allocates suitable resources while modifying schedules in response to changing project conditions. A predictive risk component identifies potential delays, shortages, dependency failures, and performance deviations and initiates corrective actions. Continuous monitoring compares planned and actual project states, while execution feedback supports adaptive improvement of agent decisions. A governance mechanism controls autonomous authority and escalates high-impact or low-confidence decisions to human supervisors, thereby enabling traceable and adaptive project execution.
