Abstract: ABSTRACT AI-DRIVEN MULTI-MODEL FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND INVESTMENT RECOMMENDATION SYSTEM USING ENSEMBLE LEARNING The present invention discloses an AI-driven multi-model financial analysis and investment recommendation system (100) that integrates statistical, machine learning, and deep learning models within a unified framework for stock market prediction. The system (100) comprises a data acquisition module (110) for retrieving historical OHLCV stock data, a preprocessing and feature engineering module (130) for generating enriched temporal features including lagged prices, daily returns, and moving averages, and a model training module (140) deploying Linear Regression (141), ARIMA (142), SVM (143), and LSTM (144) models in parallel. An evaluation module (150) assesses model accuracy using MAE, RMSE, and R-squared metrics. A financial analytics module (160) computes risk indicators including Sharpe ratio, volatility, and maximum drawdown. An AI-based scoring engine (170) synthesizes prediction and financial metrics into composite scores generating Buy, Hold, or Sell recommendations.
