The system comprises data acquisition (1) for collecting heterogeneous biological datasets including genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, and disease-specific biological information, data preprocessing (2) for normalization and compatibility preparation, Al-based multi- omics integration (3) for unified biological computational analysis, network pharmacology modeling (4) for interaction network construction, cytokine signaling pathway analysis (5) for disease-specific inflammatory pathway evaluation, predictive bioactivity scoring (6) for quantitative compound assessment, multi-target compound prioritization (7) for therapeutic candidate ranking, and result output & validation support (8) for validation-ready computational output generation.
