Abstract: ABSTRACT AI-DRIVEN NGO E-COMMERCE AND VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT PLATFORM WITH REAL-TIME TRACKING AND CERTIFICATION The present invention discloses an integrated digital platform system (100), designated ITYA, comprising three interconnected modules: an NGO Product Marketplace Module (110) enabling registered non-governmental organizations to list and sell artisan handicraft products to consumers through a web-based e-commerce interface with cart, checkout, logistics, and order-tracking functionalities; a Donation Management Module (120) supporting monetary donations via secure payment gateways and in-kind material donations through doorstep pickup and drop-off coordination, with real-time donation tracking through a Transparency Dashboard (123) and issuance of government-affiliated digital certificates by a Certificate Issuance Engine (124); and a Volunteer Coordination Module (130) enabling NGOs to publish volunteering opportunities and enabling users to discover, apply, and receive confirmations through an integrated workflow engine (132).
