Abstract: AI-DRIVEN PERSONALIZED DRUG METABOLISM PREDICTION WEARABLE SYSTEM Abstract The present invention discloses an AI-Driven Personalized Drug Metabolism Prediction System for real-time, non-invasive precision dosing. The system integrates a wearable biosensor for continuous multi-biomarker sensing from sweat/ISF, microfluidic sweat extraction, signal conditioning and edge AI processing, and encrypted wireless transmission to a cloud platform. A Pharmacokinetic AI Analysis Engine uses ML, population/individual PK, PBPK, and Bayesian models to estimate real-time PK parameters Ka, CL, Vd, t½, AUC, and Cmax. A Metabolism Classification & Risk Assessment Module generates metabolizer type, toxicity, interaction, and ADR risks. The Dosage Prediction Engine computes optimal dose adjustments for max efficacy and min toxicity. Output & Clinical Integration provides physician dashboards, real-time alerts, and EHR/HIS integration. An Adaptive Feedback Loop enables continuous learning and model recalibration. The closed-loop system provides personalized precision dosing, minimized ADRs, improved efficacy, and enhanced patient safety.
