Abstract: The present invention relates to the development of an AI-driven work-life balance optimization system using behavioral analytics for the intelligent monitoring, analysis, and optimization of an individual's work-life balance. The system gathers behavioral and physiological data by combining information from wearables, digital calendars, productivity apps, communication software, and environmental sensors. The work-life pattern, work-related stress, quality of sleep, physical exercise, and other personal commitments are analyzed by artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms. The behavioral analytics engine predicts burnout, detects work-life imbalance, and suggests optimized schedule, breaks, task management, and wellness solutions. Adaptive feedback loops are used in the system to continuously improve the recommendation based on user interaction. Proactive alerts and personalized dashboards help make decisions for better employee well-being and productivity, mental and organizational effectiveness, while preserving privacy through privacy-preserving analysis techniques.
