Abstract: The present invention discloses an AI-driven phytopharmaceutical standardization platform for producing pharma-grade Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum) bioactive compounds with consistent molecular quality and enhanced bioavailability. The system integrates environmental sensing, transcriptomic profiling, predictive analytics, selective extraction, and nano-delivery technologies. An environmental monitoring subsystem comprising soil moisture sensors, soil pH sensors, temperature sensors, humidity sensors, light intensity sensors, nutrient sensors, chlorophyll sensors, and spectral imaging sensors continuously acquires cultivation and physiological data. A transcriptomic analysis module evaluates gene-expression patterns associated with Ursolic Acid biosynthesis, while a machine-learning engine predicts optimal harvest timing for peak phytochemical concentration. A selective low-energy extraction unit isolates high-purity bioactive compounds with reduced degradation and energy consumption. The extracted compounds are further processed using nano-delivery formulations to improve absorption and therapeutic efficacy. The invention enables pre- harvest quality control, batch-level phytochemical consistency, scalable pharmaceutical production, and standardized nutraceutical applications of medicinal Tulsi.
