Abstract: The present invention discloses an AI-driven predictive integrity validation system for securing cross-chained Internet of Things (IoT) networks. The system comprises a telemetry collection layer (19) configured to acquire operational, behavioral, communication, and resource-utilization telemetry from a plurality of IoT devices including IoT devices (10), smart meters (11), camera nodes (12), industrial controllers (13), and environmental sensors (14). A hash generation engine (20) generates device-specific hash chains using device identity information from a device ID module (21), cryptographic credentials from a cipher token module (22), and integrity data processed through a hash builder module (23). A cross-chained validation engine (24) generates aggregate integrity hash chains and validates device integrity across multiple blockchain validation paths. A trust score engine (43) and an AI predictive analysis engine (26) calculate trust scores and predictive risk scores for anomaly detection, compromise prediction, and threat assessment. A risk classification engine (27) and decision engine (28) initiate security actions including continued monitoring (29), security auditing (30), or device isolation (31). Integrity records are stored within a blockchain integrity ledger (17). A self-healing ring reconstruction module (41) restores secure network communication by reconstructing network paths and generating a recovered secure network (42), thereby enhancing integrity assurance, predictive security, and autonomous network resilience.
