Abstract: The present invention relates to an AI-driven predictive maintenance system for renewable energy plants. The system comprises field data sources, a data acquisition layer, a pre-processing engine, an artificial intelligence analytics engine, a fault prediction module, an asset health scoring module, a maintenance recommendation module and a feedback learning module. The system collects electrical, mechanical, thermal, environmental, vibration, operational and maintenance data from renewable energy assets such as solar photovoltaic modules, inverters, wind turbines, transformers, batteries and grid devices. The artificial intelligence analytics engine detects abnormal behaviour, predicts probable faults, estimates asset health and generates maintenance recommendations before occurrence of asset failure. The system further provides explainable predictions and digital work orders for prioritized maintenance. The invention reduces unplanned downtime, improves plant availability, increases energy generation efficiency, optimizes maintenance cost and extends the operating life of renewable energy plant assets.
