Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an AI-driven radiology pre-screening system (100) configured to automatically analyze radiological images and assist in radiological assessment prior to diagnostic review which comprises an image acquisition module (102) configured to receive one or more radiological images associated with a patient, an artificial intelligence analysis module (104) configured to process and analyze the received radiological images, an abnormality detection module (106) configured to identify one or more potential abnormalities from the analyzed images, a classification and risk assessment module (108) configured to classify the identified abnormalities and generate risk indicators, a case prioritization module (110) configured to prioritize radiological cases based on clinical significance, a reporting module (112) configured to generate pre-screening results, and a communication module (114) configured to transmit the pre-screening results to one or more external systems for review.
