Abstract: ABSTRACT AI-DRIVEN SMART MICRONEEDLE SYSTEM FOR AUTONOMOUS DETECTION AND CLEARANCE OF VASCULAR BLOCKAGES The present invention discloses an AI-driven smart microneedle system (100) for autonomous detection and clearance of vascular blockages. The system (100) comprises a microneedle unit (110) with integrated sensors (114), an AI processing module (120) including a trained convolutional neural network model (122) for blockage detection and a pathfinding algorithm (124) for navigation route calculation, a simulation engine (130) for real-time three-dimensional visualization, an embedded control unit (140) for hardware-level control and sensor data acquisition, a communication interface (150) utilizing Flask API and MQTT protocols for real-time data exchange, and a visualization dashboard (160) for user monitoring and control. The system (100) integrates artificial intelligence, real-time simulation, and embedded control through seamless communication protocols to create a closed-loop autonomous navigation framework. The CNN model (122) achieves blockage detection accuracy exceeding ninety percent while the system maintains response latency below one second. The invention provides a foundation for minimally invasive autonomous medical navigation systems applicable to targeted drug delivery, catheter navigation, and cardiac intervention support. [
