Abstract: ABSTRACT AI-DRIVEN SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR EARLY OSTEOARTHRITIS IDENTIFICATION IN POLICE PERSONNEL WITH PROLONGED STANDING DUTIES The present invention provides an AI-driven system (100) and method for early identification of osteoarthritis in Indian Police Force personnel engaged in prolonged standing duties. The system (100) integrates wearable pressure sensors (110), inertial measurement unit-based gait analysis sensors (120), digital knee X-ray imaging (130), thermal imaging (140), and questionnaire-based occupational risk data (150) into a unified multi-modal data acquisition framework. A data preprocessing module (230) filters, normalizes, and extracts features from the collected data. An AI-based analysis engine (160) employing ensemble machine learning classifiers and convolutional neural networks processes feature vectors to compute individualized osteoarthritis risk scores and classify radiographic severity. A risk profiling module (210) categorizes individuals into Low, Medium, and High risk levels. A personalized recommendation engine (170) generates tailored interventions including physiotherapy, exercise, posture correction, and duty rotation. A cloud-based storage module (190) enables longitudinal tracking and adaptive model refinement for scalable occupational health management. [
