A hybrid AI vacancy prediction engine based on time-series forecasting and spatial demand modelling generates probabilistic availability predictions and demand heat-maps. A multi-stage fraud detection module verifies listing authenticity using metadata analysis, image forensics, and identity verification. The platform further includes a digital twin generator that reconstructs interactive 3D room models from uploaded images and an optional IoT-based monitoring framework that evaluates room health conditions through sensor data. Additionally, an automated negotiation agent facilitates pricing discussions, while a hybrid stay optimizer allocates bookings across multiple properties when continuous availability is limited.
