Abstract: An Al-driven data processing method for dynamic urban planning coordinates internet-of-things (loT) networks, digital twin simulations, and blockchain security to optimize land-use zoning. The method utilizes localized edge gateways to pre-process raw telemetry streams gathered from physical urban sensors, which are then compiled into a centralized data repository. An artificial intelligence engine executes ensemble classification and sequence neural networks to calculate spatial zoning updates and forecast traffic congestion. These updates are projected inside a three-dimensional digital twin environment that models environmental risks using terrain data layers. A stakeholder communication terminal evaluates community feedback using natural language processing sentiment analysis, while citizen voting inputs are registered onto an unalterable Blockchain ledger to provide transparency. Finally, the artificial intelligence engine routes closed-loop threshold configuration commands back to the edge gateways to dynamically alter the operations of the physical urban sensors matching adjusted zoning sectors.
