Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an artificial intelligence-enabled diagnostic and control system for foodborne trematode parasites configured as an integrated machine structure for automated identification, classification, prediction, and surveillance of parasitic contamination associated with foodborne trematode organisms. The system comprises a structural housing including a sample receiving unit configured to receive biological specimens, food samples, and environmental samples, a microfluidic processing unit configured for sample filtration, concentration, and preprocessing, a biosensing unit configured to detect parasite-associated biomarkers, a molecular analysis unit configured to identify species-specific genomic signatures, and an image acquisition unit configured to capture microscopic images of parasite-associated structures. A data processing unit receives image information, molecular information, biosensor outputs, environmental parameters, and epidemiological datasets and executes machine learning-based analytical processing for automated species identification and contamination assessment.
