Abstract: The present invention relates to an AI-enabled edge-IoT smart automation system (100) for energy optimization and security monitoring. The system (100) comprises a mobile application or web dashboard (1), a Raspberry Pi-based edge processing server (2), an ESP32 controller (3), a plurality of sensors (4), a sensor data fusion module (5), an artificial intelligence engine (6), an energy optimization module (7), a security monitoring module (8), a decision engine (9), and a plurality of actuators (10). The plurality of sensors (4) comprises a PIR motion sensor (4a), a temperature and humidity sensor (4b), a smoke or gas sensor (4c), a light sensor (4d), and a camera module (4e). Sensor data is fused and analysed locally by the artificial intelligence engine (6) for determining occupancy, user behaviour, environmental condition and security status. The decision engine (9) generates control signals for operating relays, smart locks, lights, fans or air-conditioning devices and for sending alerts or recommendations through the mobile application or web dashboard (1). The invention provides low-latency, privacy-preserving, scalable and cost-effective smart automation with energy saving and security monitoring. Refer to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
