Abstract: The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-enabled enterprise information-processing system for coordinating human resource interventions during digital transformation. Enterprise-system connectors receive heterogeneous personnel, learning, project, and application records. A normalization engine associates the records with canonical identifiers, source references, and version information. A dependency store links personnel capabilities, digital workflow requirements, and interventions. Incoming events identify affected records for selective reassessment. An artificial intelligence inference engine generates a proposed intervention together with references to the input versions used. Before dispatching an execution command, an orchestration engine verifies that the referenced versions remain current and that execution preconditions are satisfied. An intervention based on changed dependencies is withheld for reassessment. Execution feedback is correlated with the intervention and incorporated into the dependency store. The system supports traceable coordination of capability development and digital workflow adoption across connected enterprise applications.
