Inventors include Boni Prasada Rao; and Prof. K T Balaram Padal.

The application for the patent was published on July 24, 2026, under issue no. 30/2026.

Abstract: [131] The present invention relates to an AI-enabled self-learning digital twin system and method for real-time prediction, assessment, optimization and technical- operational maturity enhancement of a Special Economic Zone. The system comprises a data acquisition module, validation module, composite score generator, digital twin engine, hybrid assessment engine, fuzzy intelligence module, AI prediction engine, explainable AI module, scenario generator, optimization engine, recommendation engine, continuous learning module, graphical user interface, historical repository and synchronization controller. Multisource operational data associated with physical infrastructure is temporally aligned, validated and transformed into synchronized digital-twin state vectors. Predicted future states and candidate intervention scenarios are evaluated under technical and resource constraints to identify an optimized intervention set. Explainable recommendations and, where permitted, machine-readable control instructions are generated for zone infrastructure. Observed outcomes are stored and used to detect model drift, update predictive parameters and maintain correspondence between the digital twin and the physical zone. Accompanied Drawing [FIG. 1]
