Abstract: ABSTRACT AI-ENABLED WEARABLE SPECTACLE SYSTEM FOR REAL-TIME MULTIMODAL CLINICAL DECISION SUPPORT AND AUGMENTED ASSISTANCE The present invention relates to an AI-enabled wearable spectacle system (100) for real-time multimodal clinical decision support. The system (100) comprises a wearable sensing unit (102) configured to acquire visual, thermal, audio, and physiological patient data, a processing circuitry (104) configured to generate modality-specific feature representations, and an AI-based multimodal fusion unit (106) configured to generate unified multimodal representations using adaptive modality weighting and machine-learning models. An augmented reality display unit (108) renders real-time clinical assistance outputs within a user field of view during patient examination. The system further comprises a confidence evaluation unit (110) and an external physiological sensing device (112) for reliability assessment and physiological monitoring. The system provides low-latency contextual clinical assistance, adaptive multimodal compensation, explainable AI-assisted outputs, and uninterrupted augmented reality examination support for medical practitioners. FIG. 1 will be the reference figure.
