Abstract: Abstract—Reliable, uncontaminated drinking water is hard to come by for those in rural and off-grid areas without the benefit of electrical power or modern purification technology. In this context, the paper presented here is for the development of an intelligent water purifier system using candle and carbon filter input by solar energy based on low cost. A water-quality model controlled by a microcontroller observes pH, TDS, turbidity meter, conductivity meters, flow and the communication module of the extended system architecture also includes sensors for monitoring parameters pertaining to turbidity, conductivity. A novel feature of the proposed system is a self- cleaning module, run by AI, which will use sensor data to predict clogging of the filter and in turn engage pulse reverse- wash that saves span on model intense and increases filter life. Secondly, it is presented an AI model for estimating taste-and- odor of water by patterns of multi-parameter sensors and seasonal differences. Develop a sustainable and intelligent low- cost water purification solution for rural communities is the goal of this system. Thus, an RFID based access control system is included to authenticate users for safe regulated water supply in rural areas. The aim of the system is that to offer sustainable and low-cost water purification solution for off-grid communities which can work without human intervention.
