Project-related data, including task schedules, employee information, resource availability, budget records, communication data, project documents, and historical performance information, is collected and processed through a data acquisition and pre-processing module. An intelligent planning module estimates task duration, project completion time, resource requirements, and budget variations. An adaptive scheduling module dynamically revises project schedules based on task dependencies, priorities, delays, and changing operational conditions. A resource allocation module recommends suitable assignments by analysing employee skills, workload, availability, productivity, and task requirements. A predictive risk analysis module identifies potential delays, cost overruns, resource shortages, technical issues, and operational disruptions and generates early warnings and mitigation recommendations. Natural language processing is used to analyze project communications, reports, meeting records, and stakeholder feedback. An explainable AI module provides interpretable reasons for generated predictions and recommendations, while a human validation mechanism enables authorized project managers to approve, modify, or reject system outputs.
