Abstract: Balance assessment and neuromuscular rehabilitation play a crucial role in restoring functional mobility for individuals affected by injuries, neurological disorders, musculoskeletal problems, and age-related decline. However, many existing balance-assessment devices used in clinical settings are costly, bulky, and require specialized supervision, limiting their accessibility in smaller clinics, rural healthcare centres, and home-based rehabilitation. To address these limitations, this project proposes the development of an AI-Integrated Sensor Mat, a portable and cost-effective system designed to measure pressure distribution, postural sway, weight shifts, and overall balance stability using an array of sensitive pressure sensors. The data collected from the mat is processed through advanced artificial intelligence algorithms that can interpret postural deviations, identify balance deficiencies, monitor neuromuscular control, and track rehabilitation progress over time. The Al also provides personalized feedback, recommends corrective exercises, and creates adaptive rehabilitation plans based on the user's performance. This innovation aims to bridge the gap between expensive clinical equipment and the growing need for affordable, user-friendly, and accurate rehabilitation solutions. By enabling remote monitoring, real-time visual feedback, and continuous progress tracking, the AI-Integrated Sensor Mat enhances patient engagement, supports physiotherapists in making data-driven decisions, and improves the overall effectiveness of rehabilitation programs. Ultimately, this product offers a meaningful contribution to accessible healthcare technology by bringing advanced balance assessment and neuromuscular rehabilitation tools closer to everyday users, including patients, athletes, elderly individuals, and recovery centres
