The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an AI-integrated smart therapeutic bra for post-mastectomy rehabilitation and continuous physiological monitoring. The wearable garment comprises a breathable textile body having memory foam padding, anatomically configured compression 5 zones, piezoelectric sensors, MEMS airflow sensors, electromyography (EMG) sensors, temperature and moisture sensors, haptic feedback modules, an electronic control unit, a rechargeable power source, a wireless communication module, and a mobile application interface. The embedded sensors continuously monitor breathing patterns, chest wall movement, muscle activity, posture, skin condition, and other physiological parameters. 10 Artificial intelligence algorithms analyze the acquired data to identify abnormalities, evaluate rehabilitation progress, and generate personalized therapeutic recommendations. The haptic feedback modules provide real-time tactile alerts for posture correction and breathing guidance, while the wireless communication module enables secure transmission of data for remote clinical monitoring. The invention provides a therapeutic wearable that 15 improves patient comfort, enhances rehabilitation outcomes, and facilitates early detection of post-operative complications.
