Abstract: The present invention discloses an AI-Integrated Smart Telemedicine System for Scalable Remote Patient Monitoring configured to enable continuous and intelligent remote healthcare supervision. The system comprises IoT-enabled wearable and medical sensing devices for collecting physiological parameters including heart rate, ECG, blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation, temperature, respiratory rate, glucose levels, activity, and behavioral indicators. The collected data are transmitted through communication networks to a gateway device, edge processor, or cloud platform for secure processing. An artificial intelligence analytics engine applies machine learning algorithms for anomaly detection, predictive health risk assessment, deterioration forecasting, and emergency event identification. The system further includes an intelligent alert management module for prioritized notification and escalation to patients, caregivers, physicians, or emergency responders. A telemedicine consultation interface enables remote clinical interaction through video, audio, messaging, AI-generated health summaries, and digital prescription support. The invention supports scalable deployment, low-bandwidth operation, and integration with healthcare information systems, thereby improving accessibility, early intervention, and efficient remote patient care.
