Abstract: Recruitment and candidate evaluation are critical processes for organizations, yet traditional interview methods often suffer from interviewer bias, inconsistent assessment standards, delayed feedback, and inefficient recruitment workflows. Existing digital interview systems are generally limited to static questionnaires and lack adaptive interaction, behavioural analysis, and transparent evaluation mechanisms. These limitations may result in inaccurate candidate assessment, increased hiring time, and reduced recruitment efficiency. The present invention provides an integrated AI-powered interview management and real-time feedback platform designed to improve the efficiency, fairness, and scalability of recruitment processes. The platform combines automated resume parsing, AI-driven interviewing, adaptive question generation, behavioural analysis, and instant feedback generation within a single digital ecosystem. The AI-based interview engine enables candidates to participate in interactive interviews through text, audio, or video interfaces while dynamically analysing responses using natural language processing, machine learning, and transformer-based language models. The system further analyses verbal and non-verbal communication cues including tone, confidence, speech patterns, facial expressions, posture, and engagement levels to generate comprehensive candidate evaluations. Additionally, the platform provides structured and explainable performance reports containing response relevance analysis, communication assessment, strengths, weaknesses, and improvement recommendations. Resume screening and candidate-job matching are also automated through semantic analysis techniques, thereby reducing manual workload and improving recruitment accuracy. By integrating all recruitment functionalities into a unified digital platform, the invention enables organizations to conduct scalable remote interviews, reduce interviewer bias, improve candidate assessment transparency, and provide real-time actionable feedback, thereby enhancing the overall recruitment and hiring experience.
