Abstract: In the healthcare and medical fields, prediction models based on data are employed. Precancerous lesions and chronic inflammation are significant indicators of cancer progression. Early and accurate diagnosis can improve treatment outcomes and reduce mortality. This project proposes an Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)-based framework that utilizes advanced deep learning and image processing techniques to automatically detect and classify precancerous cells and chronic inflammatory conditions from microscopic histopathological or cytological images. The system performs image preprocessing, segmentation, feature extraction, and classification using state-of-the-art Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) such as ResNet, EfficientNet, or Vision Transformers. Data augmentation and transfer learning are employed to improve model robustness and accuracy. The proposed model aims to assist pathologists by providing fast, reliable, and automated diagnosis with high sensitivity, specificity, and classification accuracy. Constructing a predictive model is the most challenging endeavour, achievable through machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence, and deep learning methodologies. In the absence of direct programming, methodologies are employed to educate and develop the model through a collection of datasets.
