Abstract: AI/ML enhancement for inter-frequency and spatial domain measurement prediction Abstract The present invention provides a method for enhancing mobility measurement prediction in a wireless communication system. The method includes configuring, by a network, a user equipment (UE) with an accuracy threshold parameter for intra-frequency temporal domain predictions. The network receives measurement data and prediction accuracy for intra-frequency temporal domain predictions from the UE. The network evaluates whether the prediction accuracy exceeds the accuracy threshold parameter. In response to determining that the prediction accuracy exceeds the accuracy threshold parameter, the UE is enabled, under network control, to use a pre-configured measurement configuration for inter- frequency or spatial domain predictions, thereby improving the reliability of prediction-based mobility measurement.
