Abstract: ABSTRACT AI-MONITORED GALLIUM-BISMUTH SMART MICRONEEDLE PATCH FOR DIABETIC WOUND THERAPY The present invention discloses a hexafunctional smart microneedle patch system (100) for AI-monitored photothermal-photoelectric therapy of chronic diabetic wounds. The system comprises gallium- bismuth bimetallic nanoparticles (110) with dual photothermal and photoelectric capabilities, a ribose-beta-cyclodextrin-oleic acid polymer coating (120) for pH- responsive drug release, a hyaluronic acid dissolving microneedle matrix (130) for transdermal delivery, an electrochemical biosensor array (140) for real-time chemical biomarker detection, a PVDF piezoelectric sensing layer (150) for tissue biomechanics monitoring, and an AI/ML wound-staging module (160) integrating mechano- chemical sensor fusion for closed-loop adaptive therapy. The system targets tissue regeneration through photoelectric stimulation, antimicrobial resistance elimination through photothermal therapy, and personalized treatment through AI-based monitoring, accelerating diabetic wound healing.
