A sensor fusion module (135) fuses road condition data, acceleration data, orientation-related vehicle motion data, and wheel-related operating data to generate fused vehicle-road condition data. A predictive algorithm module (140) processes the fused vehicle-road condition data to predict an upcoming road irregularity and a corresponding vehicle dynamic response. The AI control unit (130) controls a damping adjustment module (145), a stiffness control module (150), and a ride height adjustment module (155) to actuate an adaptive suspension actuator (160) for real-time suspension adjustment.
