Abstract: Abstract An AI powered attendance system is disclosed for AI-based contactless attendance management. The system receives live images or video frames, registered facial images, user identifiers, date and time information and attendance rules from students or employees, cameras, attendance databases and administrative users through an input interface. A conditioning portion prepares the received input by filtering, normalizing, parsing, segmenting or otherwise converting the input into a structured representation suited to the particular processing task. A decision portion then captures frames, detects faces, generates facial feature vectors, compares the vectors with stored records and writes attendance with a timestamp when the match condition is satisfied. The system generates attendance entries, absence records, time-stamped reports, proxy-detection support and notifications through an output interface and stores a corresponding processing record. The arrangement links acquisition, conditioning, decision processing and output generation in one operative chain, because attendance is recorded only after a live captured face matches a registered record within the recognition workflow.
